Access to the SPA of the Hotel Victoria will cost €9 (individual entry) and €15 (couple entry).

- The SPA now has a 2-hour limit per entry. - Maximum capacity 10 people per hour.

General rules
Dogs up to 10 kg that do not belong to categories 1 (attack) and 2 (defense) are allowed. The updated passport of the animal must be presented.
The hotel room includes a free bowl for the dogs.
Access to the hotel lobby and elevators will be allowed to enter and exit the hotel, provided they are properly tied down.
It is not allowed to leave the dog alone in the room or its access to the common areas of the hotels, unless they are inside a carrier.
Admission rights
The hotels reserve the right of admission. In case the dog barks or does not behave properly and receives complaints from other clients, guests must leave the hotel and pay the full amount of the stay.
